COVID-19 GUIDELINES

All of us have a social and personal responsibility to follow general social distancing measures and recommendations by Folkhälsomyndigheten (Swedish Public Health Agency). To start off,  each slot of the event will only accomodate a maximum of 50 people. The eventuality of the festival can change based on the overall response and Folkhälsomyndhigheten's rolling guidelines.

To minimize any risk of infection, you agree to abide by the following important guidelines:

1. Anyone who is ill, even with mild symptoms, should not participate in activities at all, but stay at home.
2. If you feel sick during the event, you should go home immediately.
3. Those who have travelled internationally in the last 14 days prior to the event should not attend the event.
4. Avoid close contact and exercise recommended 1 metre to 2 metre distancing when dancing and/or in your interactions at the event premises
5. Those in the risk groups as indicated by Folkhalsömyndigheten should exercise caution when and if attending the event.
6. Wearing a mask is your personal preference. You can even be creative and choose to match it with your traditional outfit.

Also, important to note:

Based on the positive response of the poll, we are opening registration for Navratri 2020. For now it is only for 17th October and upon increasing demand for 16th October later. 

For us everyone’s safety is of utmost importance and at the same time we understand that all of us yearn to get back to our old normal. Those registered will receive regular status updates. The eventuality of the event will be based on the observed registration status in one week from today and Folkhälsomyndigheten recommendations. Incase of event cancellation, a full refund will be given. We are strictly adhering to a headcount of 50 per slot.
